Preamble

It doesn’t feel good to write about these things; it doesn’t feel good to keep saying them. In fact, it’s deeply uncomfortable.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been sitting with a growing exhaustion and sense of overwhelm, a heaviness that settles in when witnessing and revisiting these injustices. Yet, writing through this discomfort remains my path back to strength, clarity, and purpose. It’s my hope that this entry offers something similar for you—a space to find courage, to reconnect, and perhaps to regain a measure of your own strength, even amidst difficult truths.
